Vegetarian main dishes

The best thing about our pan meals is that guests are able to try things that they wouldn't be able to with a traditional "sit-down" meal. Guests love to try a bit of our vegetarian mains whether they eat meat or not!

  • Mushroom stroganoff

  • Vegetables, tofu, meat substitutes or paneer in an Indian style sauce (e.g. Balti, Korma, Madras, Jalfrezi, Tikka Masala)

  • Sag aloo (spinach and potatoes)

  • Daal with mixed peppers

  • Vegetables, tofu or meat substitutes in a Thai style sauce (e.g. red, green, yellow, Penang, massaman, jungle)

  • Vegetables, tofu or meat substitutes in Chinese style sauces (e.g. sweet and sour, black bean, yellow bean, curry, Szechuan, ginger and spring onion, oyster sauce)

  • Jerk butternut squash and black bean curry

  • Spicy Moroccan vegetables with apricots

  • “Rockstar” cauliflower with tahini, coriander and sumac

  • Spiced vegetable tagine

  • Chickpea, butternut squash and harissa ragout

 

Vegetable side dishes

These are a great finishing touch to your menu and can be adapted to fit in with your chosen theme.

  • Carrots, broccoli, green beans and cauliflower

  • Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and parsnips

  • Mixed peppers, courgettes, carrots and red onions

  • Honey roasted carrots and parsnips

  • Pan roasted carrots with tahini and black sesame seeds

  • Roasted butternut squash and red onion with tahini and za'atar

  • Savoy cabbage and onions with caraway seeds
